After graduating from LSE with a degree in Law, Krish obtained a training contract at magic circle law firm Slaughter and May, where he received a comprehensive grounding in corporate, real estate, tax and intellectual property law.
He then moved on to the commercial real estate team at Mischon de Reya, where he advised a wide variety of property clients, ranging from listed housebuilders (Barratt Homes) and financial institutions (Goldman Sachs) to entrepreneurial development companies (Delancey, Chelsfield, Londonewcastle), on all aspects of their property acquisition, development and financing activities.
During his time at Mishcon, Krish completed a Masters in Real Estate Investment and Finance at the Henley Business School (University of Reading). This enabled him to complement his existing experience in property law with a strong understanding in real estate investment and financing decisions. It was also during this time that Krish obtained some practical experience in property investment, by acquiring and developing a number of residential sites in Greater London and selling them on for profit.
In the summer of 2017, Krish decided to leave law to set up his own real estate investment and development business, Kalro Capital, where he currently leads a team of property professionals, based in Marylebone, London.
