Our commercial portfolio has a wider geographical base, with sites in areas such as Hatfield, Ipswich, Bromley, Croydon, and Chatham. We are happy to consider joint venture investment opportunities with other property companies, banks or private investors, although our liquidity and lack of existing leverage often allow us to move quickly and complete deals without the need for third party finance.
